 I've had the privilege of knowing this couple for a long time. and their love is what we should aspire to have in our lives.

The ceremony was in St. Remy in Ulster County, and a beautiful and fun reception followed at Stonehedge in West Park.

It's hard to believe that in the eight years they've been together that they've had 3 beautiful children.

Dolores and Sean's anniversary

A New Regular Feature:  Throwback Thursday!

I'm going to start going thru some of our past weddings, post a few of the pictures and talk a little bit about the wedding day of these great couples.

Amanda and Donny got married on May 1, 2009 at Holy Trinity Church in Poughkeepsie. Holy Trinity is a beautiful, old, stone church in the Arlington section of Poughkeepsie.

 Such a beautiful couple!

The reception was at The Grand Hotel on Market St. in Poughkeepsie. They have a beautiful garden for picture taking opportunities.

And they had the most beautiful little boy! He was so happy to see his Mommy and Daddy get married!

They danced together, happy together!

Happy New Year!

As we start 2015, I'd like to write about the last portrait session that I had in 2014. The delightful Miss D!
Her Mom called hoping that I could fit her in before Christmas so that they could have cards and gifts made.
I was happy to accommodate and we had a lovely session on a Saturday morning at their house.

Mom had lots of wardrobe changes available, and wanted to do some baby images, some Christmas, some family...well you get the idea.

There were pictures in front of the Christmas tree.

And Miss D entertained with a wide array of expressions, this one was my personal favorite!

She loves her Daddy too, you can tell he's pretty much wrapped around her little finger.

And there were family pictures for Christmas.

And sometimes you just need a great couple picture to remind yourself that little ones come from the love of two people.

And just to prove that were other things in Miss D's closet that didn't involve red and glitter, some beautiful pink and hanging out with Mom and Dad.

I loved working with this family, they were so easy going and helpful! I'm looking forward to many more pictures with them.
